3. All custom orders are subject to our approval.

4. Production and shipping time is 2-3 weeks.

5. When purchasing, please leave a note with the font and word/ name you want

6. If you do not indicate a font, we will automatically choose Font #1

7. If you do not leave a note, we will send a chain with NO word/ name.
